Kristin Andree has spent more than two decades in the financial services industry — first as an advisor, then as a Managing Director, and now as the strategist and coach successful financial advisors call when they know they’re capable of more... but aren’t quite sure what needs to change to get there. She’s a recovering advisor, chronic overthinker, professional question-asker, and firm believer that most advisors don’t need another growth strategy. They need to get brutally clear about which one actually matters. Kristin left corporate leadership in 2009 to launch The Andree Group | My FA Coach and has since coached hundreds of advisors, teams, and firm leaders across the industry. She is also the founder of Advisor EDGE™, a growth community for established financial advisors who want to build bigger, better, more distinctive businesses — without simply adding more clients, more meetings, and more stuff to their calendars. Her sweet spot? Seeing what other people miss.
