Doug Kirkpatrick, CFA is the founder and chief investment officer of AlphaGlider. Doug has three decades of professional investing experience, including 15 years at two global, publicly listed mutual fund companies. Prior to founding AlphaGlider, Doug worked at Janus (now Janus Henderson) where he was a co-portfolio manager of the Janus International Equity Fund and an international equity analyst covering international consumer goods and industrials sectors for the Janus family of funds. Doug began his investment career in 1996 at Artisan Partners where he was a limited partner and a member of its Artisan International Fund team, responsible for its technology and telecommunications investments. At Artisan and Janus, Doug honed his growth at a reasonable price investment style alongside three Morningstar International-Stock Fund Managers of the Year (Helen Young Hayes and Brent Lynn at Janus, and Mark Yockey at Artisan).
