ThirdNexa is a third-party vendor risk management platform built for SEC-regulated financial services firms. It helps RIAs, broker-dealers, and the consultants who support them manage vendor inventories, due diligence reviews, contracts, and ongoing oversight in one place. Consultants can switch between client firms in a click, with every action tracked in each firm's own activity history.
I built ThirdNexa because vendor oversight at most RIAs and broker-dealers still lives in spreadsheets and shared folders, and that falls apart fast when an examiner asks for evidence. ThirdNexa keeps vendors, due diligence reviews, contracts, and activity history in one place, built for SEC and FINRA-regulated firms. For consultants, it also handles something generic vendor-risk tools don't. You can switch between consultancies and client firms right from the dashboard, and everything you do is scoped to and logged under the firm you're working in. That keeps client data separate and gives you a clean audit trail. After 17+ years in compliance technology, I wanted something that works the way compliance teams and the consultants who support them actually work. Full disclosure: I'm the founder, so take my 5 stars with that in mind. I'd love feedback from anyone who tries it.
